You will have to be diligent about cleaning everything she comes in contact with for several days. A 10% bleach solution should be used on the floor, beddings, toys, etc. Baby wipes on her feet, belly and hiney after every single potty help lots.
Giardia can be found pretty much everywhere. Birds are carriers and it is in the droppings that spores spread.
You will need another round of Metronidazole/Flagyl. The liquid form seems to be much more effective to make sure they are getting what they need. At least 10 days of this if this is her 2nd flare up. You will need to re-test stools 30 days after completing the meds. She can become anorexic, so make sure she continues to eat and drink and force food/liquid by syringe as need be.
Also, starting her on a good probiotic supplement can help her tummy/intestines stay healthy as giardia can leave scarrring. The supplement should be continued for a long while if not forever.
