Don't expect miracles, they're only 4 weeks. Usually my moms wee pad train their babies. But, usually they don't quit going in their play pen on wee pads, until I start bringing them out to a play area in the family area at about 8 weeks of age. That's when mom really starts doing their training. What I do is just line their play pen with washable wee pads, change them about 4 times a day.
