All the vet told me was that the bloody diarrhea was caused by giardia and that she'd probably been carrying it since I got her from my sis. He said it's very common and that it lies dormant unless they manage to drink water that's been standing or water that has bacteria from other animals and such things as that. I have quite a population of squirrels and rabbits (and possibly moles). I'm not sure how to keep her from drinking the standing water. |
