Alot of times the medicine in the injection will 'knot up' in a close muscle (despite the shot only being under the skin) and slowly disperse rather than doing it quickly. (The same is true for humans.) Try to see if you can feel a knot where they gave her the shot...if she will let you...if so, try to rub it or hold a warm rag to it to help the medicine desperse. As long as she is still eating and just acting sore, I wouldn't be too concerned unless she keeps acting that way for a few days.
