Oh my, I truly hope little Nathan makes it. What a precious little innocent baby. How tragic that his sister and Mamma died. When you try to help a little pup like that survive, you get a new realization and appreciation for what the Mamma does so naturally for them. Please keep us updated on little Nathan. Make sure you rub him and move him around like his mother and littermates would have done. Maybe while he is sleeping sometimes, just cup your hand over him and do jerking motions with your fingers against him occassionally. This is such a natural feeling for them.
