thank you all for your posts!

it could be the baby teeth pushed up as bjh stated. my only issue with that, is that they arent just right above the line of teeth, there is a bit of space between those, and the line of teeth.

i know it sounds confusing!

i do not have pictures of this, but i will try to get some today.

i call them "tusks"..but instead of coming out by the canines, they point directly out the front of his mouth. (and again, they are very small and do not interfere with anything or cause him discomfort.)
