I definitely understand how you feel. My little Bella was originally named "Daisy." I think Daisy is an adorable name, but my mother fell in love with the name Bella. So I had the breeder start calling her Bella before I picked her up (nearly 2 weeks) to make the transition easier. Now she has a million nicknames and she answers to all of them.
