I did have a spare key but I didn't have a spare alarm fob, when the alarm man turned up we opened the van door which set the alarm off, he lifted the bonnet and removed the alarm sounder which carried on going while he walked to his van, he then proceeded to smash it to pieces with a hammer to silence it lol.
I now have a spare fob with the new alarm and replace the batteries regularly.
I was upset over Paddy but that escapade did make me smile. |
