Have you thought about feeding the birds in your backyard?
I know, it sounds weird, but once you get them use to coming to your feeder they will also grub on the ground eating any fleas, tics, slugs etc.
Have not had any fleas or tics on my two all summer, and I live in the middle of deer country. Stopped using Frontline due to pesticide interaction with their immune system, and since Andromeda got Lymes while on it. |
