I have done it before with great results but as soon as I stop I over eat and gain right back. I was just getting ready to start up again tomorrow believe it or not. I use the WW calculator. It is great because it keeps the points for me and I always know with the push of a button what I have left or the day. I have the book "kit" somewhere around here but never found it very helpful anyways. I would love to have someone to keep up with while getting going, having someone to answer to always helps too.

Another great thing I do is buy a box of the colored paper clips and start a chain on my fridge, every pound lost gets one added to the chain and it is so helpful to see the chain grow and is even better when you have to take away because you weren't following the plan. Helps as a daily reminder of how you are doing.
