I really wouldn't be too worried. Some furbabies are much more sensitive than others to shots. Harley is one of them. Do you know where they gave her the shot? That would help for you to know so you could avoid touching her there when you pick her up and cuddle with her. When Harley got his shots he was very sore for about 2 days and he had two visits instead of one bc I didn't want them giving him both shots @ the same time. And when he was fixed I had them administer his microchip and they put it in his shoulder and man was he sore! You could always call your vet and ask about giving her some baby asprin etc to help with her pain. (but make sure you call so you know how much to give her according to her weight & age) hope she feels better ASAP!
