We have been through the frog issue with our Sailor several times to pick up or bit the frog. Everytime Sailor (8-9 pounds) gets the foamy mouth and will throw up for about 60-90 minutes, but the vet (and emergency vet) has told us that is to be expected. We have also been told there are no poisoneous frogs in Texas. |
Thanks for telling me that. I had thought if he threw up I was supposed to take him in. The foamy mouth is really frightening the first time you see it...and then he did that awful sort of reverse sneezing, choking sound for about 5 minutes. I don't remember being that panicked in a long time!
