I was just wondering if anyone is currently doing weight watchers? My sister was doing it and that is how I heard of it. I started it a while back when I first graduated school and then stopped it. I was able to maintain my weight loss since but decided to start up again. I really think it helps and makes you more aware of what you are eatting.
PS does anyone have a starter kit they would like to sell? Or is attending meetings and can purchase one for me. I am not going to the meeting just doing it on my own because my schedule right now. Thank you
