I was reading a little bit about this. Some people think that when a puppy is in new surroundings they do this because it's a familiar scent. If she's not super secure yet it's like marking a familiar zone. I'd just try to keep her as clean as possible and lots and lots of love (which I'm sure your doing anyway). She'll probably stop soon. If I remember right you haven't had her very long. You can imagine how new and different everything smells and looks to her. I really don't think it will last. Maybe someone else will have some more insight, I'm only trying to imagine why she's doing it. I really don't think this will be something she does for always.
