I highly recommend either the Snoozer or the Pet Gear. The hanging seats are not constructed very well and since you should not be using it in the front seat unless you can turn off the air bag, most standard cars cannot use one of these in the backseat.

I would definitely put a towel or blanket down if your baby gets sick, then it is a quick and easy clean up. With the larger Snoozer or Pet Gear, most of the time they will lay down and they ride very comfortably.
