This is the box that I use: 1890 - Hinged Lid ShowOffs

If you have trouble with the lid cutting the oxygen supply off or down by squeezing the tubing, you can make a small notch in the box and lay the plastic tubing in the notch or drill a couple of holes into the box and run the plastic tubing through that.
