It worked best when you use the conditioner along with the shampoo. My daughter's friend had tried all the RX for hers and the only thing that worked was the Tgel.

I never saw the TGel Extra Strength but I tried the TGel and it helped but not enough. I then tried the TSal by Neutrogena and it worked better. It's a light gold color and a little harder to find, not as many stores carry it.
