My 11 weeks old yorkie had a bit of glue in his ear, from taping them, so I used some baby's oil to remove it. Now his ears are all greasy (and probably heavier from the oil)

What can I use to remove the baby's oil? I tried his shampoo but it didn't do a good job. It's a tearless puppy one so I guess it's why.
