I think there is something to this as I had Gastric Bypass 4 years ago and for the first 3 years my scalp was clear. A year ago I started eating bread, pasta, potatoes and rice again and now it's back. I asked my Derm Dr about this at my appt last week and he said he didn't think it was related. But I still think it is that's why I had to have that appt to renew my shampoo prescription.

I did see OTC creams etc at the drug store that I have not tried maybe they could help.
