Thought of one more thing, SOCIALIZATION! Everything I read says how important early socialization is. Would an older kennel puppy have more difficulty adjusting to new people and situations? I want to take my yorkie out a lot, and hope it to be well-adjusted.
Can later exposure to new things work just as well? If the puppy is nervous, will it stay nervous or shy?
