Darlene, I always used a small cat collar with a bell on mine. It protects them from getting stepped on because you can hear them. Mine wear a 8' to 10'. They are alot older than yours. Try finding the stepin harness/lease. Its all in one. Fits Great on small babies. Ask around,Im sure someone sells them here. I found mine at Glamour Dog and Petsmart sells them every now and then.
