There's no need to wait to change her food. I'd do it now. Just do it gradually so it's not an abrupt switch.

As I said, I don't give supplements. No vitamins, etc. They get what they need from a high quality food. Until the last week when I give some cottage cheese. Eggs are good too. I have a girl due any minute and she's not wanting to eat her kibble well. So she's getting a scrambled egg in the morning mixed with some canned puppy food and some cottage cheese (fat free) at night mixed with some canned puppy food. I don't start giving anything extra to eat until the last week. And you have to be careful with that so it's not too much fat.
