These are the best harnesses for tiny ones. Click on her link in her signature line and check them out. I got matching ones for my tiny Myah and my Bichon Chloe' and they fit wonderfully!!! They don't matte the hair either.
When Myah was super tiny...before I got the above harness...I went to the pet store and got a ferret harness. It was ok...but have velcro on it and Myah freaks out when she hears the velcro.
The silk step-in harnesses are the way to go.
