Regardless, I completely agree that this breeder epitome of what prospective puppy buyers should beware of. Your puppy is not special. (certainly he is special to you, but not special regarding breed standards) I truly hope that he has a long life without any major health issues from his condition. |
That was my first thought also because he looks like my grandaughters chi. But maybe it is because of his condition. Best of luck with your little one.
