I purchased a couple of cat collars with bells on them for Bailey for when he is walking around the house, I wanted to know where he was, but the collars, even adjusted to the smallest size, just slips right off his little neck. Also the tiny harness I bought him is to big! Bailey is tiny, the vet said he is small boned. Does anyone know where I can purchase smaller then average harnesses etc? Thanks.
