I think while i loved my baby i would be asking for a partial refund, by their responce it sounds like they knew about this and were trying to hide it. Its just me but i wouldn't have paid $950 for a mixed breed there are tons of those at the spca you were paying for what you thought was a pure bred, you said he had papers can you report her if she isnt willing to give you a partial refund?
