I'm so sorry that you and Bogey had to go through this. It's bad enough when other dogs attack, but when it's a human being with a brain...not in this case, I'd go nuts too. I would call the Police Dept. They may not do anything now, but you should let them know in case the sicko decides on some type of retaliation in the future. This guy has an anger problem. I can imagine your other neighbors aren't too thrilled about this crazy couple either. I feel badly for the children. Calling Social Services is the right thing to do for them. I'm sure they will think it's you that called the PD. Just be very careful! Please give Bogey a hug and kiss for us.
