The research I have seen doesn't seem to indicate a time-sensitive emergency. I think you're okay to wait until Monday, but do go then.
Our vet said that Frontline hasn't been as effective in our area lately and switched us to K9Advantix. However, I recently found out about an ingredient in it that I'm concerned about, so I'm doing some more research.
