talking on their cell phone in stores - LOUDLY
- and it's just a conversation. (not an emergency or anything to do with their shopping)
People feel like they have to
be on their cell phone at all times
! They act like they can't walk from their car to the store without talking on it! What did they do when we didn't have cell phones?
People
stand too close
to me in any line. (shopping or ATM) I always leave a car length away from the car ahead of me in the ATM line. And when I'm in line - I keep my cart in between me and the person ahead of me. I don't like feeling rushed when I'm putting my receipt/money away and I don't want someone else to do it to me.
People
never smile
. One of the few things that are free in life and so many act like it's the last one they have and they dare not share it!
People
don't use their turn signal
- even though I know that they made one for their car that year!
People
speed up and slow down
when they know you want to get around them. Control issues!
People
block the left-hand turn
lane by stopping car lengths away from the person in front of them so there's not enough room for you to get around them and the turn lane is "empty".
People
drive slowly in the fast lane
! Please just move over.
People
don't say Please and Thank You!!!
The second thing in life that is free and people don't use it.
People
take advantage of you
when you've held the door open for someone else. Do I look like the door person?
People let their kids go out of the house without their hair combed. (bed head) I may have had my hair pulled back in a ponytail and no make-up on but my kids NEVER went out looking like they just got out of bed!
People always want to
one-up you
.
People that let their
kids run wild or act up in a store
. I did not come to that place to listen to your children. I have raised mine and taught them to "behave" - especially when we were out and about. I love children but dislike parents that are not doing their jobs as parents. I had one just last week that let her 3-4 yr old son stand up in the cart and just yell. He wasn't crying - just yelling... and she thought it was funny. I think those people should be asked to leave the store until they can control their children.
Agreed. I hate when kids look filthy. Hair stuck to their heads, dirty faces, wearing pajamas in the middle of the day! Come on mom, you can't be THAT busy as to not clean your kids up a bit.
