Bo was neutered a little of a month ago. I noticed this morning when he rolled over for me to rub his belly(bare with me on the anatomy of his body)the place inbetween his penis and once testicles are , the raised soft line between them he had to circle balls one on his side in the middle of raised line. When I rubbed them it went away? Does he still have testicles and they moved? I know its a dumb question,but I had to ask
