 Dry skin or mites?
Bailey sometimes will scratch is hind leg area, I was combing his fur this morning looking for fleas again, and his skin and fur are full of white flaky specks when I comb him, like dandruff. Could this be mites? I've never seen them before. He doesn't continuously itch, it's just once in awhile it's like something is biting at him.
