Just my opinion but if there is a fever then there is an infection and the vet would have given you antibiotic for that, or are you just guessing she has a fever?
What kind of liver problem? the treatment depends on the problem, the problem depends on test results.
In Argentina vet cost I'm sure is very different from the States, I suggest you call the hospital and see if they can give you an estimate on cost.
