Okay.. I have a 12 week old female... who has a peeing problem! tHe problem is that she will pee multiple times while outside and pee again immediatly when she comes in... WHY??? She gets a treat everytime she pees. everytime. If she pees four times outside she gets four small treats. I think she has outsmarted us... I think she holds her pee to get more treats. No treats when she pees inside of course. Do females mark their territory? We crate her while we work with a break at lunch time. Is she angry with us? HELP!! I don't want to pad train her because I want her to go outside but if she continues to pee inside then what? Am i giving too many treats? Help!
