I would like to get a puppy but I am becoming increasingly fustrated with my options of breeders. It seems like I keep running into the worst "breeders", they have no idea how to care for their puppies and seem to be breeding by accident or just for heck of it
. Please if anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it. I'm not concerned with distance of travel or price of the puppy as long as I can guarantee I will have a healthy puppy from a breeder with knowledge and concern.
