Harness only. My Yorkie is almost 15 lbs and I would never attach a leash to a collar on her, but I have used a collar for her tags in the past. I attach the tags to their harnesses now.

I have tried every harness I found in the stores and none fit my babies right--they are between a small and med and they are either too small or too big. But Cindy (Chattiesmom) makes the most awesome adjustable silk harnesses and I am ordering several diff colors from her, the colors she has are beautiful. They are so lightweight that your pup won't realize he/she is wearing it and you can adjust it to fit like a glove. They are strong too and no worries that they will break. I just ordered the Walk-Nice harness from her and am so excited waiting to get it.
