My ring size is a 5.5 and my shoe size is an 8. I believe I am two inches shorter on the holding your arms out to equal your height... my husband and I measured that awhile ago... his was equal to his height... mine was off... so now I use the excuse that "my arms are too short, could you reach that for me??!!"
