so cute....they registered ckc, the seller said because it was cheaper,
my question is can I register akc if she is already registered ckc?
Congratulations on your new lil girl.

Registering CKC is not cheaper. Some breeders choose CKC because there is less regulation.

Unless both parents are registered AKC you will not be able to register your lil girl AKC. Your breeder has to have registered the litter with AKC for you to do so.

CKC, AKC, etc does not make a reputable breeder.....as long as your puppy is healthy and a good representation of the breed don't worry about it.

But, just a lil education for your next yorkie (and there will be a next time, since they're like potato chips you can't have just one) never, never take a new toy dog home prior to 12 weeks of age.
