Hey Everyone, I'm new here.

I joined because I need as much tips to raise a happy and healthy Yorkie, and help to find a good place to get one from (Female). My fiance and I plan on getting a dog after we get married. Simply for the fact that we want to give the dog's puppy years as much attention as humanly possible.

Here's what I've found out. No pet store dogs because they are likely to come from Puppy mills from what I've heard. Option 2: adopt a dog. I would prefer not to adopt a dog as I would like to raise a puppy from scratch. No offense to anyone. I had my eye on adopting an awesome Siberian Husky, but the size of my Condo will not give the dog any justice. So which leaves me with option 3. Breeders.

Where can I find a good breeder in Southern California? Can anyone refer me to reputable breeders?

I'm looking to get a Dog May 2010. That's when I'll be back from my honeymoon and settled in our home. Thanks!
