 sad day for our family
today My mother in law had her 5 year old Yorkie put to sleep Lizzy aka Lizzard became ill Yesterday as soon as her mom got home from her summer trip to Alaska. Amy took Lizzy to the local vet who gave her a few bottles of pills and said look like G.I. Issues Last night around 10 pm Lizzy temp spiked up to 105 she was rushed to the Emergency vets and placed on an IV this morning they called to tell us that her kidneys were failing and with no signs till this point Lizzy had a sever liver shunt and her body was shutting down .. there was no hope they couldnt get her fever to lower and she was in extreem pain .. I am in shock Lizzy is my Piglets sister she was so healthy she always went to the vets for her silly ear infections and there was never an issues my poor mother in law is heart broken. Lizzy was her everything and .. I know just this monday lizzy was playing tug o war and sneaking on the table to look for treats .. Lizzy you will be missed
