I've had that happen twice. And both times it was because the puppy didn't know how to eat. They were from large litters and when it came feeding time they must have been pushed away. When mom dried up, they weren't eating enough on their own and their sugar went down. Once I taught them how to eat properly, they were fine.

I would also have to think that it's possibly your lines. Have you had your adults tested for LS?
