Just because a female has a singleton the first litter it does not mean the following litter will be a singleton. I have had about 5 or 6 singleton litters in the 12 years I have been breeding and only one resulted in a c-section, the only c-section I had in 12 years of breeding.
To the OP, I hope all goes well with the whelping. I have had females go 69 and 70 days before and they whelped with no problems. Since the sperm can live up to 5 day or longer, sometimes the female will conceive several days after the last breeding.
