We live in AZ and it recently started to get very hot, this is the first summer with our 2nd yorkier Harley. He HATES HATES HATES
this heat and doesn't want to walk outside to the grassy area to go potty. If I don't watch him carefully he is peeing and pooping on the outside backdoor mat. I just sprayed the mat and concrete with some pet cleaner to see if that will stop this but is there anything else I can do? I'll admit I don't alway keep an eye on him when I take him out because I am either playing with Sam or picking up after them in the back yard and when I walk to the backdoor I see his accidents on the mat.
is there anything else I can spray on it to remove his "smell" to go in this area?
