Hi! My daughter's Madison deliverved two healthy boys this afternoon and all in 2 1/2 hours! It was her first litter. The first pup weighed 6.3 oz and the next 6.8. Both pups were breech! Wow, this from parents both weighing 5 lbs. Now for my question: how do we keep Madison from licking the umbilical cords? We are terrified she will think these are plancenta and rip them out!! Thanks for helping.
