YT'ers
Tomorrow, I will be taking General Patton to have some preliminary blood work drawn in order to get a baseline in anticipation of being neutered this Wednesday. Thankfully, I have no assignments this week so I will be able to take care of him.
I am so glad it worked out that they could do it this week on short notice and that I will be able to be with him when he recovers. In addition, on the same day, he is also going to be microchipped and his teeth also removed as he has double teeth on each side of his bottom teeth. He may have more but he is pretty particular about letting me go in his mouth.
So, I am asking each of you to say a prayer that all goes well. I hate putting him through this, and I am really doing now because I've noticed he has been restless lately and I believe it is b/c of his bite which has been different with the double teeth. He tends not to like the dry food which I put it with his Canidae, and what he does is pick the dry and put it on the floor and eats the moist Canidae
Which I can't blame him, but it may be because of the bite problem. Sorry to ramble....
Please keep Patton in your thoughts and prayers. I am worried and hope all goes well. And hope the procedures don't change his personality.
