That is a very young puppy. Is the breeder going to wait until the pup is 12 weeks old to sell her? she is too little right now. I am very sorry for your loss of your first puppy. How did she pass?
Often times ears will stand up later in a yorkie puppy. that really is not much of a problem.
If this breeder is trying to sell you the puppy right now , then I would be concerned. Because she is too young and weighs too little. I am also concerned if she is sick , and that is why the price is reduced. Often times the female puppies are higher then the males. IMO, I would use caution.
