The dog was attacking our dogs, but never hurt them. He never went after us. The police just told us that we have a legal right to keep dog off our yard. Now, if that was because he went after our dog, I am not sure.
I think maybe you need to see if this town has oridinance for dogs to stay in the yard. Then I would contact the police or an attorney to see if the guy had a legal right to shot the dog. Let us know what you find out! |
