Sorry to hear that this has happened!
This may or may not help you, but we had a Pitbull come in our yard and attacted our lab and britney. We hit the dog with a baseball bat and it ran off. Now, when we call the cops and they finally showed up. They told us that it is our right to shot the dog if it is agressive and in OUR yard. You can not shot it in the street, or othes yard, has to me in our yard.
People have to keep there pet in there yards where we live and it is a small town also. This dog never did show up again. |
