Hey everybody, I am needing some advice. This has really nothing to do with my furbaby but it deals with one of my family members pup. Just yesterday I found out that my cousins dog was brutally killed. His dog was a Lab and now im trying to find out if it is legal or illegal for sumbody too shoot a dog with no remorse and a shotgun, because the dog was on his yard. Where we live its a very small town where everybody knows everybody and im upset that this person could have gave the owner a phone call and he would have gone and picked up the dog. This inncident has not happened once but twice and the same person. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
