Imo, I do not think the price should be the main concern.
Look at the breeder and look at the conditions that the puppies are living in. Are they well cared for? Are they bred and kept indoors as family pet members? Are they taken to the vet on a regular basis? Does she have any references that she can give you to go speak with? We just adopted a puppy from a breeder on YT, and the cost was also low compared to most. However, the care given him was obvious. He is a healthy happy little boy.
