Consistency is the best for her. I am lucky and work from home so I was able to spend some time training her. I did put Lola in day care for socialization and she loves to play with other dogs. They do not train her at my daycare to potty on the wee wee pad, but they do walk her every 3-4 hours and feed her. She is in a small group called Tiny Tots in a small room with other puppies or small dogs. It would be impossible to try and pee pad train them since some dogs just pee wherever since they are not trained by their owners and others like Lola only pee outside and are taken on walks. They also have a behavorist there that integrated her into the group and gives me progress reports on her.

I would put her in daycare so she can interact with other dogs and get some sort of consistency, but peeing everywhere is not good.
